Your Experienced Guide

Thirty Years of Insight, Human-First Coaching

Navigate work challenges and align your career with who you truly are. I offer a grounded path forward, shaped by real-world experience of work-life and compassionate understanding.

My Journey

From demanding roles to a new way of living

For decades, I navigated complex corporate and public sector environments. I understand the pressures of unrealistic deadlines, workplace politics and relationships, and the challenge of trying to fit in. I know that fullfilling the expectations of work while living well is a challenge. I've also experienced managing chronic pain while working, profoundly shaping my perspective on sustainable work.

That journey, and the decision to switch careers, mean I understand the many and varied challenges of work and the difficulties in trying to make a change. Now, I help others find their own way forward, grounded in empathy and experience.

My Approach

Work as a Source of Thriving

Work is a huge part of our lives, a source of both stress and immense reward. Improving how you feel at work will enhance your health and whole life. I believe in allowing people to be themselves; valuing the skills and perspectives they bring to the workplace and helping people find roles that suit who they are and to find strategies to deal with the inevitable challenges that clash with who they are.
